• My ticket isn't until later, but I'm here now. Can I enter early?

  • No, you must arrive at the scheduled time on your ticket. Early entry is not allowed.

• Where can I get a ticket?

  • Tickets can be obtained by scanning the QR code at the standby ticket line or using the posters.

• How does the standby line work?

  • Scan the QR code to get a standby ticket. Customers are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis at the discretion of our staff, based on capacity limits. Standby starts at 1:00 pm each day.

• Is there a time limit for shopping?

  • Yes, you will have until the end of the hour you entered. For example, if you enter at 10:05 AM, you must finish shopping by 11:00 AM.

• Can I re-enter the sale?

  • No, re-entry is not allowed. Each customer is permitted one ticket to ensure fairness for all shoppers.

• Can I bring my parent if they can't be alone?

  • All customers must have a ticket. If your parent does not have a ticket, they will need to use the standby ticket option. Entry without a ticket is not permitted.

• Can I swap tickets with someone else?

  • Yes, you can transfer your ticket to a friend through Eventbrite.com - this must be done online ahead of time, we cannot do this onsite.

• Can I use my ticket on a different day?

  • No, you must enter at the time stated on your ticket. If you need a different time, you must use the standby line.

• What forms of payment are accepted?

  • We accept credit/debit cards and cash. No AMEX.

• Are all sales final?

  • Yes, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be allowed. Please inspect all items prior to checkout.

• Will there be restocks throughout the day?

  • Inventory will be restocked throughout the day, but will not be guaranteed. Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Is there a dressing room to try on clothes?

  • No, there are no fitting rooms available. We recommend knowing your size before arriving.

• Can I bring my child with me?

  • Yes, but all children over the age of 15 must have their own ticket to enter.

• Can I bring a stroller?

  • Strollers are allowed but may be subject to search.

• Can I bring a bag?

  • Large bags and backpacks are not allowed inside. Small purses are permitted but may be subject to search.

• Will there be a price list available?

  • Pricing will be displayed at the event, but there will not be an online price list.

• What if I lose my ticket or can't find it?

  • You can access your ticket through your Eventbrite account. We recommend having it ready before arrival.

• What happens if I arrive late for my ticketed time?

  • If you arrive late, you may lose your spot and will need to join the standby line.
